About Us

Our world class team of professionals is proud to offer diagnostic evaluations that are thorough, individualized and readily available for your child.

We do not believe that labels or diagnoses change who a child is, but we know from our experience that diagnostic evaluations can provide insights into a child’s development and how they learn best. The outcome of the evaluation can then open doors for access to other services to help children reach their full potential. With that, our goal is to help families access these services as soon as possible.

We believe that waitlists should never be an obstacle to a child receiving the support that they need.

With the Goldman Center of Chicago, you can expect individualized care to meet the needs of your child and family. We embrace the unique learning style of every child and tailor our therapeutic approach accordingly.

We specialize in services for preschool and school-age children to test for a variety of areas, including but not limited to:

  • Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Global developmental delays
  • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Learning disabilities
  • Mood disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression)

Following the assessment, our team will work with you to come up with a plan for next steps for your child. With years of pediatric experience, we can provide guidance and information to help make decisions about what is best for your child and family. We value parent feedback throughout this process and collaborate with families as a team.

Our process is tailored to provide the highest level of care, starting with the initial intake meeting. Throughout all steps, we provide parents with educational resources and information to ensure that we are providing you with the tools and resources to feel empowered to support your child. You know your child better than anyone, so you are an integral part of this process!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

We look forward to working with you to support your child’s progress and development.
